***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded as a direct award under the Legal Services Panel RM6179 Brief Description of Requirement The Supplier will advise the Buyer in connection with the contractual documentation associated with Innovate UK's grant programmes and similar arrangements. The work involved in this will include the following: • Design, drafting and amendment of contract and grant documentation including grant funding agreements, grant offer letters and memoranda of understanding • attending regular calls/meetings regarding the same with Innovate UK Programme staff • providing advice on the legal implications and risk areas of the above documents The Supplier will be responsible for providing the documentation and providing related advice as requested by you. The Buyer shall be responsible for providing factual background, timely responses to Supplier requests for commercial input (where required) and access to appropriate expertise to ensure the Supplier can work effectively and efficiently.
