2-266 Commercial Services A303 Project Controls

To facilitate delivery of the A303 Stonehenge project Highways England requires a Commercial Management Service Provider to work within the Commercial and Procurement (C&P) Directorate to be accountable for C&P activities across the A303 Stonehenge project. The project has recently commenced PCF stage 3 of the Development Phase and a technical partner has been appointed. Over the Development Phase the technical partner will deliver an accepted Traffic Model, an accepted preliminary design and a successful DCO. The technical partner's outputs will include detailed environmental surveys, traffic modelling, economic analysis, planning and design of the preferred route, full environmental impact assessments, engagement and consultation activities and preparation of the Development Consent Order (DCO) application.
