Kensington Memorial Park Building Improvements

We are seeking proposals to make improvements to Kensington Memorial Park including replacing the existing food and drinks kiosk with a new building to house a new food and drinks kiosk, public toilets and grounds maintenance office. Also included are proposals to refurbish the existing sports changing rooms and grounds maintenance depot and improve public seating areas.

Please note this is a two-stage tender process. This stage is the Selection Questionnaire. Tenderers who meet the criteria listed on the portal will then be invited to the ITT stage.
