## Description

The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to carry out building and building services works to convert an existing commercial / light industrial unit currently used as an archive facility into offices, welfare, and garaging facilities at 85/86 Castleham Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, TN38 9NT\. The work will include the formation of new timber framed accommodation located within the main space of the existing unit, and is to contain office, meeting room, mess room, welfare and drying facilities for the council's in-house street cleansing direct service organisation \(DSO\)\. The works are to also include the installation of the necessary space heating, ventilation, \(positive pressure ventilation to the offices and extract to the garage\) and building services including power, water, and drainage alterations, and associated decoration works\.
