GB-Colchester: External Repairs and Redecoration at Town Hall

Description

Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide external maintenance repairs and redecoration works at Town Hall, High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1PJ, including Former Public Library, 65 West Stockwell Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1HE. The works required are external maintenance repairs and redecoration works to Grade I/ Grade II listed buildings within Colchester Town Centre. Full details are provided within the Tender Documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
