Award notice for a public facing website

Description

The Local Planning Authority has engaged with Open Systems Lab to develop a public facing website which enables the public to interact with multiple planning datasets that are currently not directly accessible to the public and to provide an intelligent web based response to questions around whether planning permission is required for certain works. A second element has been added to this work which involves the development of a portal for the Local Planning Authority (LPA) to directly receive planning applications in electronic format; at present this process relies on a third party company.
