Implementation of a Community Engagement website - Hart District Council

Hart District Council is inviting quotes from web designers, agencies or consultants to create, host and maintain a community engagement website for a Garden Community we are exploring within Hart District.

The work is specifically to build the front and backend technical applications. A design agency, as a separate piece of work, will create the brand identity, including any graphics or photography to be applied to the website.

The website helps to build a sense of community, engagement and gives readers a reason to keep coming back

Bids must be submitted to the procurement@hart.gov.uk email address by 09:00 on the 18 January using the attachment included in this opportunity for consideration
