## Description

The Council wishes to engage a Provider to deliver a SEND Information Advice and Support Service to parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs \(SEND\) and to young people who live within Gateshead and attend schools and other educational settings\. The Service is provided in accordance with the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice 0-25 and should aim to meet best practice as outlined in the “Quality Standards for Services Providing Impartial Information, Advice and Support “as published by the National Parent Partnership Network\.
