Asset Natural Capital Assessments

Description

To assess selected Cornwall Council land assets for Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) condition and uplift potential (with associated management plan) and to evaluate other Natural Capital opportunities for current and emerging markets. \r \r 9 sites have initially been selected for review with a total of approx. 200ha (See Appendix for further details, further information will be provided to a successful tender). These comprise:3 County Farm Sites (Agricultural) - Total 65 Ha \r \r 6 Groups collectively of 16 Countryside Sites- Total 135 Ha
