24-39 Roberts Close ,Hillingdon , UB7 8PL - Roberts Close is a Sheltered Accommodation scheme comprising of 16 one-bedroom within the main building. There are shared facilities include; laundry, lounge and kitchen and hairdresser, a) The heating plant room is located on the Ground Floor at the rear of the building. There is only external access to the plant room The buildings heating is served from 4 Clyde Boilers b) The hot water to the building is served from 1x hot water cylinder to the common parts sited within the boiler room. The residential dwellings have individual hot water cylinder installed. c) The heating system and hot water is commercial 2 pipe and is gravity fed. The works shall include all of the works described within the specification documents (Part 1 & 2). This specification shall be read in conjunction with the Employers Requirements, schedules, supplementary documents and any drawing issued which defines the requirements of the proposed works to enable the Contractor to: a) Prepare and submit a proposal for the Works. b) Undertake construction and completion of the works. The Works include, but are not limited to the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and hand-over of a complete boiler system and the provision of certification, O&M Manuals and training to the Council's Representatives in charge of the schemes. SITE VISITS ARE MANDATORY. YOUR TENDER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF YOU HAVE NOT ATTENDED SITE AT THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME Additional information: The London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project as this is an award notice.
