The composition of the market for aerial dispersant spray services and its appetite to bid for this requirement;

Views on the user requirements set out in in the draft SSUN, particularly in terms of feasibility and whether any represent barriers to entry;

Views on the MCA's route to procurement and contracting, particularly whether there are any concerns around barriers to entry: and

A cost envelope for delivering this service
