Culture & Leisure - Site concessions 2024

The Council is seeking to award seven catering concessions contracts in Spring 2024, both mobile and kiosk units which can include hot and cold food and drink provision and/or the sale of ice-cream (unless otherwise stated).

The site details for the MOBILE CONCESSION UNITS are as follows:

a. Pembroke Road Spur - 28th March 2024 - 1st October 2024 b. Long Curtain Promenade - 28th March 2024 - 1st October 2024 c. Duisburg Way - 28th March 2024 - 23rd March 2025 d. Guildhall Walk Mobile Concession Pitch - 28th March 2024 - 23rd March 2025 e. Eastney Corner - 5th June 2024 - 30th May 2025

The site details for the KIOSK UNITS are as follows:

f. Seaview East - Clarence Esplanade - between South Parade Pier & The Briny - 28th March 2024 - 23rd March 2025 g. Kiosk adjacent to Hoverport - 1st May 2024 - 31st Oct 2024

Request for Quotation published - Friday 8th December 2023 Deadline for requests for clarification - Wednesday 17th January 2024 at 23:59 Quotation return deadline - Friday 26th January 2024 at 12:00 Evaluation of returns completed by Friday 2nd February 2024 Contracts awarded from Monday 5th February 2024
