West Suffolk Council is seeking quotations for the provision of Roof Upgrade to the South Store, The Athenaeum. To include:

-Strip back all existing modern internal wall coverings -Carry out repairs to structural timbers affected by wet rot -Strip off entire roof coverings, underlay and battens. -Install new timber battens, breathable membrane, slate roof covering and lead/wood hip and ridge details. -Replace Upvc rainwater goods. -Strip off existing mezzanine deck, install new timber floor joists to extend existing mezzanine, install insulation between ceiling joists and install new deck.
