Home Group- Dynamic Purchasing System for Fire Safety Works

Home Group is currently undertaking an extensive programme of surveys to its portfolio of properties. The first survey programme is for the high rise buildings across all stock locations, the second programme is looking at the suitability of existing fire doors in all properties. In order to provide a route to market for the subsequent works identified in these surveys Home Group is procuring a solution for the provision of fire safety works, with particular focus on fire doors and fire remediation works.
