GB-Edinburgh: Redecoration and Refurbishment of Sanda Lighthouse

The Northern Lighthouse Board have a requirement for the redecoration and refurbishment of Sanda Lighthouse, located on the southern edge of Sanda Island. The proposed works will include civil maintenance repairs and application of decorative/protective coatings to internal and external elevations. The successful tenderer will be required to ensure all staff attending the site to complete the works have successfully completed the Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) including Compressed Air Emergency Breatjing System Training (CA-EBS) and Personnel survival Technigue (PST) Training.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
