The University of Manchester Innovation Factory \(referred to below as 'UoMIF' or 'The Innovation Factory'\), on behalf of The University of Manchester \('The University'\), is seeking to appoint a panel of patent agents \(maximum number of 3 patent agents\) to provide high quality, professional and expert services relating to The University of Manchester's intellectual property portfolio\. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years \(36 months\), with a further 2 x 12 months extension periods up to a combined total of 5 years \(60 months\)\.
