## Description

Wigan Council intends to procure Provider\(s\) to deliver the Adaptations and General Building Works including, but not limited to, adaptations and improvement works to all premises \(public and private\) maintained and operated by Wigan Council\. The duration of the framework will be over a 4-year period \(2021 - 2025\)
