Work description

Environment Agency Call Off agreement - Direct Award under ESPO 3A_16 'Advertising Solutions', Lot 1 - 'Recruitment Advertising'.

Key requirements:

- Provide day-to-day recruitment advertising solutions for multiple end users across the Environment Agency, using market intelligence to support solutions and media recommendations for the best candidate engagement ensuring value for money - Ensure Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are considered within every aspect of advertising, offering expert advice on where to place advertisements to meet EDI requirements - Provide detailed analysis of recruitment campaigns to evaluate success of media used and to inform future recruitment advertising activity - Negotiated best possible fees and costings for external media placements, consistently considering value for money with public spending.

The award will bring Environment Agency in line with the rest of the Defra network who currently access recruitment advertising services through Government Recruitment Services.
