GB-Lowestoft: for Condition Survey and Valuation of RV Cefas Endeavour

This Invitation to Tender captures two work packages. It is mandatory that these are costed and described separately. Please see attached documents for full details.

Whilst in dry dock Cefas require an independent third party to undertake a thorough inspection of the vessel to: •assess whether the condition of the vessel is in line with and contractual compliance (see POM Obligations - Maintenance of RV Cefas Endeavour for further information); and •propose any remedial actions necessary to bring the vessel condition in line with expectations and contractual compliance.

Following a market appraisal of similar vessels, size and type, Cefas require a valuation of RV Cefas Endeavour in Great British Pounds Sterling.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
