Ealing Winning Tenders / Supply Chain Support

Delivery of a 'Winning Tenders / Supply Chain' business support programme to self-employed individuals and SMEs based in Ealing. The programme will focus on developing the capabilities and skills of Ealing-based businesses to be able to compete for tenders with the council, other public sector and private sector contracts. The programme will offer a package of support to enhance and improve the skills and knowledge of SMEs to enable them to become ready to bid for and win tenders, identify potential tender opportunities, know what to include in their submissions for success, and improve their knowledge in accessing supply chains. Alongside the programme will be the production of a 'How to win tenders and contracts' guide.
