## Description

To appoint a primary & secondary Enforcement Agent to collect the following outstanding debts owing to Trafford Council\. The Service Provider will be required to enforce Liability Orders for Council Tax and NNDR and the service of warrants of arrest, collection of Sundry Debts, Housing Benefit Overpayments, Social Care Debts and Road Traffic Arrears and the enforcement of High Court Judgments
