Work description
Objective
To secure the services of a Supplier to provide
• Monitoring capacity to DFID of DFID-funded District operational support and technical advice across Sierra Leone; • Assess whether DFID-funded projects are on track and delivering satisfactory support to District Health Management Teams (DHMTs); • Report back to DFID on findings and progress in the districts.
