Work description
Brentwood Borough Council's requirement under this contract is for full refurbishment of the existing car park in William Hunter Way Brentwood. The refurbishment will include isolated areas of full reconstruction in order to extend the available parking space. Replacement of the existing key Clamp peripheral barrier with similar type approved. A full drainage survey of the site inclusive of all gullies and manholes with a proposal for all remedial measures required. Remarking of the entire carpark to the new layout. The provision of a segreational barrier with easy use sliding gates. Ducting provision to the location of future Electrical Vehicle charging provision.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
