Grant Administration Service for Positive Activities for adults in recovery in Sheffield

Description

The Council is seeking a Grants Administration Service to identify and issue grants to a range of voluntary and social enterprises (VCSEs) to deliver Positive Activities in Sheffield communities to for adults in recovery. For clarity, this contract opportunity is for the delivery of the Grants Administration Service only, and NOT direct delivery of the Positive Activities. The advertised value of this contract is inclusive of option to extend. The contract is only guaranteed for the initial 15-month term, with a maximum budget of £50,000. The contract was awarded in accordance with the methodology as stated in the tender documentation as a consideration of both price (40%) and quality (60%) to ascertain the most economically advantageous tender as the awarded contractor. The bid were evaluated by a panel of Council officers and a moderation was undertaken to record the consensus score for each criterion.
