Work description
SmartPay provides BCP Council with their cash receipting, income management & e-payment system. DeskSmart software allows for payments to be taken in call centres and over the counter. ToneSmart is the Automated Telephone Payment Service.
This contract starts 01 March 2023 and ends 28 February 2024.
