## Description

Leicester City Council \(the Authority\) invites quotations for the provision of a Consultant to undertake a Local Housing Needs study\. This is to ensure that as an Authority we have a comprehensive understanding of the City's housing needs and that the right type and mix of housing in different areas of the City is developed\.
