The works consist of the following as part of UCL’s annual Summer Works programme: Basement to Fourth Floor Works: Basement to Fourth Floors: Internal redecoration and new floor finishes to stairwells and corridors. Ease and adjust fire doors throughout. Cleaning of light fittings on stairwells. Redecoration and refurbishment of communal bathrooms. Sound insulation to bedroom walls adjoining communal bathrooms. Fire alarm upgrade works.

Basement to Ground Floor Works: Internal redecoration and new floor finishes to bedrooms. Replacement of plug sockets for USB sockets. Replacement of light fittings within corridors and in the entrance foyer. Redecoration and floor re-varnish flooring in basement communal area. 2nr kitchen replacement works within the basement. Redecoration and new floor finishes to entrance foyer and ground floor areas. Redecoration, new floor finishes and shelving to new laundry room. Replacement Crittall windows to 8nr bedrooms.
