Family Information Hub digital website

Procurement, implementation, and ongoing support of a digital platform to host the Isle of Wight Council's Family Information Hub.

The supplier will provide a cloud-based solution to deliver a centralised directory of services for families, carers, professionals, and service providers.

The contract will include system hosting, maintenance, updates, technical support, and data processing services, with the supplier system acting as a Data Processor on behalf of the Council.
