East Suffolk Housing Pathway

Everyone deserves to have a safe place to live and call home and if they do find themselves homeless, there should be services ready to identify the right accommodation and support, to keep any stay on the streets to a minimum.

East Suffolk Council is seeking to commission a maximum of 166 bed spaces in East Suffolk that will provide supported accommodation to people with identified housing and support needs but not ready to live independently.

The Council can offer a 3-year +1 year +1 year contract to all successful providers and will create a team of six officers within the Housing Needs Team that will deliver this new service under the new East Suffolk Housing Pathway
