Framework of Specialist Research Suppliers: 2A: Qualitative Specialists 2B: Quantitative Specialists A framework of specialist primary research suppliers will enable Festival 2022 Ltd \(and the successful Lot 1 supplier\) and Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games \(and the successful Lot 3 supplier\) to access a range of specialised qualitative and quantitative skills when delivering the evaluation plans for Festival UK\* 2022 and the Birmingham 2022 Cultural Programme\.
