## Description

The Council wishes to put in place a Contract for the development and ongoing support of a new website, as detailed within this document\. The website should become the ‘shop window’ for all the services it offers including everything from recycling collection dates and paying council tax to checking business rates and looking at leisure activities\. The website should demonstrate the vision for South Derbyshire and highlight the desire and plans for growth the District has\.
