## Description

This amendment relates to a 12 month extension to the G-Cloud 9 Call-Off Contract for the licence fee renewal\. The financial limit of the contract is increasing by £92,000\. A typographic error appeared in the original contract\. The contract value was stated as £372,765 but should have been £372,675\. The amended contract value including the increase of £92,000 is therefore £464,675\. The amendment also includes a change in milestones from 6 to 7 milestones and is reflected in the financial proformas\.
