## Description

The purpose of the evaluation will be to understand whether a Job Rotation \(JR\) model, applied to the West Midlands area, is effective in supporting employers to upskill their workforce and /or to provide Universal Credit \(UC\) claimants with valuable work experience that improves their employment outcomes\.
