Norfolk County Council is seeking to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System for: o Educational Psychology services for the provision of high quality, legally compliant statutory assessments of children and young people in line with Regulation 6 \(1\) \(d\) of the SEND Regulations 2014\) and other related services such as support for SRBs; o Other specialist educational services \(sensory assessment, speech and language and clinical psychology\)\.
