GB-Suffolk: Suffolk - BCF Review and High Impact Change Model implementation

Description

The buyer is seeking a contractor who will provide dedicated support to Suffolk County Council, to review their agreed Better Care Fund (BCF) plan. The support will consist of engagement across three localities and two Integrated Care Boards (ICB), to ensure best use of BCF and IBCF investment across the local health and care system, with consideration of improvements and learning to develop the plan in line with national conditions, BCF metrics alongside new integrated approaches. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
