Asbestos Survey

Luton Borough Council is looking for experienced companies to carry out Asbestos Surveys on Council owned properties. These will consist of Management Surveys, Refurbishment Surveys and Re-inspections to Dwellings and Communal areas. The Council has a stock of approximately 8200 properties and currently have management survey data of approximately 5000 of these. The tender will be for a period of four years from a date to be arranged (but anticipated to commence on the 19th December 2016) with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years. The value range indicated is for the six year period.
