## Description

The Environment Agency requires: Service Design Leadership to allow the WIP team to build the foundation for successful delivery of the replacement to the Flood Warning System\. Mapping and Visualisation of the National Incident Management Service to allow the Flood Incident Management \(FIM\) team to better understand the end to end process and the contributions of the systems, technologies, people and agencies as a whole\.
