GB-Colchester: Bathroom and Toilet Renewals 2021/22

Description

Colchester Borough Council (the "Contracting Authority" or "Client") wishes to commission a Contractor to undertake the renewal of an anticipated 84 bathrooms and 55 second toilets within its social housing stock. Colchester Borough Homes will act as the Contract Administrator. A property list will be provided to the winning Contractor who will have to undertake pre-survey and design work and agree choices with the tenant. The locations of the properties are throughout the borough of Colchester, including some of the outlying villages. Bidders must note that the number and geographical location of the bathrooms and second toilets to be completed under this contract is not guaranteed at this stage and may be subject to change. The number of replacements issued is anticipated to be within 10% either way of the numbers stated. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
