Delivery Notes The purpose of this Specification and Tender Questionnaire document \(alongside the other procurement documents published\), is to assist ARU in establishing a contract with a supplier, to provide ARU with an online Disclosure and Barring Service \(DBS\) umbrella provision \(Home Office umbrella body\)\. ARU requires a provider who can process both standard and enhanced DBS checks for both staff and student applications\. The solution must be a SAAS solution and must allow for different classifications of users e\.g\., superusers, admin users, standard user and offer read only access for staff/students requiring a DBS\.
