## Description

This contract is for the appointment of vendors to sell ice cream and / or refreshments at designated Park sites for the period 17th May 2024 to 16th May 2025, with the option to extend for a further one 12-month period\. The maximum length of the Licence to Occupy is therefore be two years up to and including 16th May 2026\.
