Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning for the GIRL Rwanda Programme

Description

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has issued a Contract under the terms of Lot 3 Global Evaluation and Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA) for the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning for the GIRL Rwanda Programme. The overall objective of this Contract is to drive programme impact of the Girls in Rwanda Learn (GIRL) Programme by ensuring that evidence informs programme adaptation, responds to programme or policy needs, and contributes to the global evidence base on what works. Following further evaluation, the Contract was awarded to Tetra Tech International Development Ltd.
