## Description

The Local Authorities of East Devon, Exeter, Mid Devon and Teignbridge alongside Devon County Council, are working on a joint plan for the 'Greater Exeter' area\. Work on the Greater Exeter Strategic Plan \(2020-2040\) has been ongoing for approximately two years\. A study is required to consider 'whole plan viability' including strategic development allocations and policy implications\.
