## Description

It is recognised that the Teesside Freeport is transitioning from 'set-up' to delivery phase and additional resource is required to strategically lead this process and ensure operational delivery is effectively implemented to meet the outcomes of the Full Business Case\. The contracting authority is look for  a credible leader with knowledge of the local area and the Teesside Freeport as well as relationships with stakeholders and the wider business community to lead engagement to deliver on the Teesside Freeport vision\.
