Description

There has been recent investment in a board development programme and our leaders throughout the trust have been able to access relevant national leadership programmes and access any of the numerous free midlands leadership academy leadership modules. What we would like interested parties to bid for is to design and deliver a series of virtual sessions to explore the five themes of our leadership charter; Leading by Example; Showing Commitment; Being Inclusive; Setting the Direction and Inspiring People, to open up conversations about leadership
