## Description

NHS South West London ICB sought to commission a consolidated messaging service that combines SMS messaging services including batch, two-way and email functions into a single platform across primary care within the ICB footprint\. The ICB required an initial contract term of 12 months with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months with a total contract value of £298,068\.91 This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit \(SCW\) on behalf of the Commissioner\(s\)\.
