Minor Building Works

To carry out minor builders works such as masonry repairs and pointing, including crack repairs using resin and helifix bar, concrete repairs, new pedestrian access ramps, drainage repairs, hardstanding repairs and render repairs, at Bircham Newton.

All works must be completed by the end of November 2016.

Site visits at Bircham Newton have been arranged for week commencing 13th June 2016, and it is strongly recommended that you attend, as this will assist in establishing the final scope of works a list of buildings/map will be provided on the day.

No other dates outside of this week will be available for a site visit.
