## Description

This project will build on the resource efficiency review undertaken for DESNZ and will examine the CE approaches that have been applied in industry, nationally and internationally, and investigate the potential role that regulatory interventions could play in moving to a CE\. The project will examine the existing evidence for the scale of the GHG emissions savings in CE approaches and explore how these savings could potentially be used as metrics
