## Description

The auditors will be responsible for forming an independent opinion on the accounts and other financial statements and to state whether, in their opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the individual entities at 31 March each year\. The contract will be awarded for a duration of 3 years with an optional 2 year extension at the sole discretion of the NDA\. The estimated full contract value is £3\.5m over the 5 years\.
