Software used to manage the Council's statutory requirement to maintain roads and manage streetworks required under the Highways Act 1980. Key activities include adopting and maintaining roads, managing street works by utility companies. Extension to original contract to facilitate system remedial works. The outcome of the remedial works will determine the strategy for the next 5 years i.e., re-procurement or retention of the incumbent system.
