Provision of Rural (Greenbelt Estate) Property Management Service

The London Borough of Hillingdon's ("the Council") Rural "Greenbelt" Estate consists of mainly agricultural lettings together with associated countryside and informal recreational properties. The Estate is managed within the Council's Property & Estates team. Due to the specialist nature of this work, the Council is seeking external consultants to provide a property management service for the Greenbelt Estate, this service includes (but is not limited to):

- Agricultural rent reviews and lease reviews.

- Managing the re-letting of rural property.

- Ad-hoc Rural Estate management advice including negotiations and liaison with third parties and enforcement of tenant obligations.

- Rental and capital valuations of rural property

- Effecting and advising on rural acquisitions and disposals

- Feasibility work and associated option studies.
